1.  Are there any other theme's CD'S I can order?

The next release due are the following: Farm Animals, Shapes and Numbers and a section to download CD's now.   Watch this space for the updates coming soon.

2.  I am a busy Mother how will these CD's help me?

Keep your children entertained and learning over the holidays and weekends.  Let them choose the activities and you simply print away. These CD's are very easy to follow and yes they will be learning at the same time.

3.  Is your checkout secure for my credit card when I order? 

Yes, we use a completely secure merchant account system to protect all your personal details.

4.  What shipping method do you use?                                                                          

All our orders are sent using standard Australia Post.  If you’d like your order sent via Express Post or Registered Post, please contact us first, so we can give you a price for the extra postage.

5.  What payment methods do you accept?                                           

We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank transfers and debit cards through our secure PayPal merchant gateway.

6.  What systems are the CDs compatible with?     

They are compatible with all versions of Microsoft Windows but are not compatible with Mac at this stage.  This is something we will be working

7.  When does my credit card get charged?                                                      

Your credit card will get charged 24-72 hours after you place your order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. 

8.  Can I place orders by phone or mail?
